Are your products officially licensed?
Absolutely! Every item in our arsenal is officially-inspired apparel and accessories. We operate with full Irken approval (minus the actual planetary destruction, of course).
ORDERING & ACCOUNT
Do I need to create an account to order?
No planetary registration required! You can complete your mission as a guest, but creating an account lets us track your invasion history and makes future orders faster than GIR finding tacos.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Orders move at Irken speed once submitted! Contact our command center at [email protected] immediately if you need to abort mission. We can only intercept orders before they enter the shipping phase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship?
We deploy worldwide with two exceptions: parts of Asia and certain remote areas (those pesky planetary obstacles!). Our system will alert you during checkout if your location is affected.

How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a transmission (email) with tracking details. Monitor your package’s journey across the cosmos right to your doorstep!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t meet Irken standards, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition – because even GIR knows not to mess with used tacos!
How do I start a return?
Visit our returns portal on the website for details. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “Doom doom doom!”
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For planetary hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like opened beauty products or used drinkware. Check individual product pages for specific restrictions.
