MISSION PARAMETERS
You have 15 Earth days from delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges for qualified items. Your planetary gear must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
ALERT: NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Through analysis of our inventory, the following items cannot be returned due to their specialized nature:
- Beauty Products (for planetary hygiene safety)
- Blind Bags (the mystery cannot be un-solved!)
- Earrings (for health and safety reasons)
- Personalized or Custom Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
STEP 1: INITIATE REQUEST
Transmit a return/exchange request to our customer service drones within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below or contact us directly at [email protected].
STEP 2: RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION
Our command center will respond within 2 Earth days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. DO NOT SEND ITEMS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION – they may get lost in space!
STEP 3: PACKAGE AND SHIP
Include the original packing slip with your Return Authorization Number clearly written. Ship to our planetary headquarters:

STEP 4: PROCESSING
Once received, our Irken efficiency systems will process your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a transmission confirming completion.

- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Earthling customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
Prefer different invasion gear? Exchanges are processed once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
