These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and protocols for using our website, making purchases, and interacting with our Irken-efficient services. 1. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user of our site, you must:

Provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing orders. False data may result in mission failure (i.e., order delays or cancellations).
Use the website only for lawful purposes and not engage in any activities that could disrupt our Irken operations, such as hacking or spreading viruses.
Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to make purchases. Minors should have parental supervision.
Review all order details before submission; once confirmed, changes may not be possible due to our rapid processing drones.

Failure to comply may lead to account termination or interception by our security systems. Remember, we’re watching… for your safety!

2. Product and Service Description

Categories: Accessories, Art, Back To School, Backpacks & Bags, Beanies, Beauty, Bedroom, Blind Bags, Bottoms, Bracelets, Dresses, Drinkware And Glassware, Earrings, Eyes, Gifts For Girls, Girls, Gloves, Guys, and more.
Product Features: Items are designed with Irken creativity, often featuring themes from popular culture (like Invader Zim), and are intended for personal use. Note that some products, like Blind Bags, contain surprises—once revealed, they cannot be “un-solved”!
Availability: Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not ship to certain remote planetary regions or Asian sectors due to navigation restrictions.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Placing an order is as easy as activating an Irken probe! Here’s how it works:

Order Process: Select items, proceed to checkout, and provide shipping details. Orders are processed within 1-2 Earth days from our headquarters at 925 Rainy Day Drive, Boston, US 02110.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely; we do not store your financial data on our systems.
Shipping:
- Standard Invasion Delivery: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch.
- Free Planetary Transport: Free for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is defective or incorrect. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to interstellar conditions.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed. After that, our drones are too efficient to stop!

If payment fails, your order may be put on hold. We’ll send a transmission (email) to resolve the issue.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is key, so we’ve streamlined our returns protocol:

Return Window: 15 Earth days from delivery date. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Beauty products, Blind Bags, earrings, personalized/custom items, and “Final Sale” items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Procedure:
1. Initiate a request via email to [email protected] within 15 days.
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions—do not ship without it!
3. Ship items to: Invader Zim Shop Returns Department, 925 Rainy Day Drive, Boston, US 02110, with the packing slip and authorization number.
4. Processing takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method: 5-10 days for credit cards/JCB, 3-5 days for PayPal. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Exchanges: Available for qualified items. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if less, you get a refund.

For defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a prepaid label and expedited replacement. We’re faster than the Tallest’s commands!

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Invader Zim Shop and protected by Earthling and Irken copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our express permission. Unauthorized use could lead to legal action or… let’s just say, it won’t end well for you.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for Irken perfection, Invader Zim Shop is not liable for:

Delays or failures due to factors beyond our control, such as planetary weather, shipping carrier issues, or alien interference.
Minor inaccuracies in product descriptions or images.
Damages arising from misuse of products or website, including indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price of the items in question. We’re efficient, but we’re not omnipotent!

7. General Provisions

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically those applicable in Boston, US.
Changes to Terms: We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
